I have been working at Gigya full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Pay is fabulous from SDRs to Account Exce to client services side probably due to the fact that churn is obnoxiously high & they try compensate for middle management being unable to keep any kind talent around for long.

Cons

There is no real business coming through the company just quick cut and run deals made my middle management. Sales team spams the entire b2b sector shoving a dreadful pitch down people's throat to the point of harassment. The software isn't a game changer and management (if you can call it that) is a complete joke. There are young kids managing other kids and the lack of professionalism is appalling. If you take yourself and your career seriously, chose a different company to associate yourself with. They won't fire anyone however so if your lazy, unmotivated or just stupid...but good at faking your metics in salesforce this is a great place to be.

Advice to Management

If the CEO and management could successfully get anyone on board with the mission, churn might be lower. Problem is, the mission changes every three weeks. Lack of real leaders has left this start up stagnant.

    Food always stocked, try to make a community feeling in office

    Cold calling was especially difficult because nobody could really grasp the technology

    Pros

    People are energetic and supportive.

    Cons

    Corporate sales have limited accounts and opportunity, so many of the AE's are put at an extreme disadvantage.

    Advice to Management

    Find ways of keeping on company talent because there is too high of turnover.
