    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Girl Scouts USA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The only pros were getting to meet volunteers and girls.

    Cons

Upper management so far out of touch with life outside of their golden towers. Unrealistic, unattainable, impossible unreachable goals set by people who have clue what they are doing! Not EVERY girl wants to be a GS, in fact, less and less of them want to – You people have turned a beloved tradition into a nightmare for your field staff and your volunteers. I have been working at Girl Scouts USA full-time for more than a year

      Pros

The work/life flexibility is great at GSUSA. Work from home/telecommuting really helps. Mission to help girls is inspiring and overall a great group of friendly people that I enjoy working with.

      Cons

Organization can be confusing and hard to understand the responsibilities/tasks of each department. Have been here over a year and I'm still unclear of certain positions/departments and what they are doing exactly.
