      Too many layers in upper management - there are more hoops than needed to jump through Non profit located in 5th Avenue, but won't provide their employees flatware for their meals. HR is very sloppy. Interview scheduling is everywhere, hiring managers insist on too many phases of the interview process. Lack of trust/communication in that team - private information tends to leak very easily and they don't even like...

      Advice to Management

      Focus on your core needs of this organization and value top performing members. Turn over needed in HR as they come across catty/unorganized Send Chief of Staff to managerial classes - she shouldn't be a fear figured in the office!
