    Pros

You have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.

    Cons

Part timers are not treated as fairly as the Full timers. Workload is not balanced among departments fairly.

    Advice to Management

Step from behind the desk and meetings to spend time with your department staff to understand the support they need from you. Stop expecting them to do your job and theirs.

I worked at Girl Scouts USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The girls...seriously the only pro

    Cons

    Self serving board and staff.
    Horrible CEO in Fran Marshal
Board does not hold CEO accountable
    Board rubberstamps whatever CEO wants
Inappropriate firing. (Staff finds out they are fired and been replaced via press release
    Progressive discipline policy not used
HR reports to CEO so open door policy is useless

    Advice to Management

GSUSA needs to step in and overhaul the board and oust the CEO. Clean up needs to be done
