I agree wholeheartedly that we have a talented employee base and appreciate you acknowledging the work we’re doing to live up to our values. Operating transparently isn’t always easy, but it’s fundamental for us to do as we advocate for transparency in every workplace, not just our own. I also appreciate the feedback you provided on areas of opportunity for leadership. We are on a path of transformation and that ultimately drives change and therefore, some turnover across the organization. In recent months we have strengthened our leadership bench across departments, and we continue to make progress.
