    Pros

GSK has great values which I truly believe in and can stand behind. I'm proud to work for a company that continues to give back (be patient focused, Commit to transparency, Always demonstrate the highest integrity in our conduct, show respect to people)

    Cons

As like all Pharmaceutical companies within the industry, this work can be stressful and very competitive. One could get lost, demotivated and frustrated if not grounded in knowing why they are there (patient first).

    Advice to Management

Continue to support a culture where, any individual within the company, no matter what level can speak freely and feel confident to raise their voice on any issue.
