I worked at Global Delight Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Exciting products to work upon.

    Cons

    - Working methods are old school. It's more of a development driven decision firm rather than product driven or data driven firm. - People who are working there, are in a box. Management lacks exposure of the ways, how tech has been running globally and how as an organization firms are adapting with modern work culture to increase productivity of employees in benefits of the firm as well as employee. - Their product/business...

    Advice to Management

    - Try to come out of the box and don't just function as a God firm for some of the local employees. They also don't know their value as an employee but that doesn't mean you should take advantage of their situation. - Hire sensible people to hire for Marketing team and Sales team. Question them back and forth and be aware of the expenses instead of blindly allowing any budget.

I worked at Global Delight Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

On the application development front, will be a great beginning to the freshers who will have a hypothetical experience of at least 3-4 years within a year. The work exposure and the experience gained is just the beginner's platform which you will be thankful for the rest of your career. Only determination can make you get ahead of the challenging need of this company. Employees mindset here will be very important for...

    Cons

No company is without cons. Work pressure is a lot. products are great and employees working on them are less. All we need to do is gauge how well will this help us shape our career. Lots of challenges, lots of long days but all we need to be bothered about is, what will benefit us. I have come across a lot of feedback for this company from the ex-employees here. I guess they just forgot to thank the company for the...

    Advice to Management

You need to talk to the employees a bit more. Workload to the junior developers is a bit more.
