Do a better job of researching the accurate cost of living for cities now. Metropolitan cities within the South should warrant more money. Expenses have increased to level with the traditional income brackets.

Travel, not micromanaged, flexible in and out times
The company valued the "team" but our office never felt like a team. Everyone was constantly blaming everyone else for each others mistakes. Collecting money from exhibitors was awful, felt like a collection agency. During the summer we didn't work Fridays which sounds nice but the decrease in paycheck was not nice. When traveling for shows I was always treated like an idiot by the people who had worked for GES for a long time. I was also never really given an option to travel or not, we were just told we are going. I hated working here. When reviews came around I was given less than 50 cents as a raise, made me feel unvalued.Continue reading
