-There is a good benefits package
-There is potential to work in "laid back" atmospheres like sports arenas and convention centers.

-The corporate structure makes decision-making a lengthy process
-The compensation is often below average for entry-level

    I worked at Global Spectrum as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Fun environment for students in school to be apart of
    - Learn basic skills about sports and entertainment industry
    - Good leadership and mentorship available

    Cons

    - Space to move up is limited
    - Responsibilities are not big, therefore not much room to display talent

    Advice to Management

    Keeping working on your internship program, ask interns after they leave pros and cons of the program. Actively look to improve the program.
