      Pros

Remote-Friendly: GoDaddy is at the forefront of the remote work revolution, providing a connected, collaborative environment through state-of-the-art communication tools. I've never felt disconnected, despite working remotely from South Africa. Open Leave and Wellness Days Policy: The company's trust in employees is evident through its open leave policy and the provision of specific "Wellness Days". We are encouraged to use these days to engage in activities that rejuvenate us and maintain our wellbeing. Diversity and Inclusion: GoDaddy cherishes diverse thoughts, backgrounds, and cultures, creating an environment of acceptance and respect. Leader on closing pay gaps.

      Cons

Work-Life Balance Across Time Zones: Working in such a large company spanning across various time zones, it can be a challenge to maintain a work-life balance. Keeping in sync and aligned with different teams can be a bit of a hurdle at times. Size of the Company: Due to the organization's vast size, there can be extended feedback loops and sign-offs, which can sometimes slow down the pace of work. Fast-Paced Work: The environment can be intense due to its high velocity, although this is balanced by a gratifying sense of accomplishment when challenges are overcome.

          Pros

Often your direct leadership will have your back if you are competent and a team player. Your colleagues tend to be pretty awesome. You will be given a lot of trust and personal choice if you prove you are good at your job and trustworthy.

          Cons

Next to no paths for promotion or real improvement in a role. You can be doing a ton of extra work and be praised for this, while being told no for promotions and being paid a dollar or less for a raise. Corporate GoDaddy is cold, calculating, and doesn't care about their clients or employees. The bottom line and cost cutting is king. And they bankroll more bonuses. They laid off hundreds a few days ago, some with no notice same day terminations. Both in leadership and in customer facing roles. This has resulted in demoralization and concern for job security for the colleagues not let go. They are fully looking into ways to automate more roles into obsolescence over the next few years. And corporate senior management is apparently excited about this.

I've completed an initial phone screening interview, followed by a 2-hour interview with the Department VP. Next in the process are three separate 90-minute peer interviews. Is there a possibility of another interview after the peer interviews, or should I anticipate receiving an offer?
