I have been working at GoHealth full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Flexible hrs.
Laid back work life.
unlimited vacation policy.

Cons

High attrition rate.
No growth and movement between different teams . Will be stuck doing the same thing every day -> which means no career growth.

Advice to Management

try to keep around the veterans for longer maybe by incentives and challenges

I have been working at GoHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people are really cool. Good location.

    Cons

Typical call center type of work. Insurance isn't exactly that exciting. Long hours if you want a chance to hit your numbers.

Benefits are extremely exaggerated when you first start. The pay sucks - they put you on "salary" but don't pay for holidays and dock you for missing hours. No paid vacation days like I was told .They don't have any type of PTO system in place. This place has a long way to go if they want to be successful.

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees and stop treating them like disposable. Start treating us like you care and you'll get better results.

I worked at GoHealth full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The co-workers were really friendly, and the managers were flexible. The bonus structure is great!

    Cons

Sometimes a customer's information wouldn't pop up on the screen, so the automatic dialer would call people without us knowing exactly who we were looking for. Some customer's would be upset because the automated system called multiple times per day.

    Advice to Management

Let applicants know exactly what the job entails during the interview because some positions turn out to be a little different than what was expected.
