    Pros

The only pro is that u will make friends with other employees sharing stories about how bad management mistreats you or how management did not pay you what they owe you

    Cons

So many but here are the top 10:
    1. You are not paid in a timely fashion. They are so late on paying wages they may be in violation of NJ state law.
    2. You are paid less than market salary.
    3. Management could not be less effective if they tried.
    4. No matter how good a job you do you will be told how you suck
    5. Employees are not valued at all and will be let go at any time
    6. Their is no upward movement
    7. You will be told you will be paid for work done outside of work hours but then not paid (is this legal?)
    8. They do not pay bills on time and so health insurers drop us
    9. Management lies to employees

    10. A Con for Glassdoor - Why don't you let me rate this company as zero stars? One star is the lowest I can go but this is too high!

    Advice to Management

    1. CEO should step down and maybe company will do well. His poor, poor decisions cause stress for employees and their families
    2. To CEO: it is NOT OK and possibly NOT legal to expect people to work and then not pay them. You must pay employees their wages in a timely manner
    3. It is not OK to ask employees to do work for free (remember asking employees to paint on Saturday?)
    4. Try to stick with your plan
    5. If you cannot pay employees on the pay period, keep them posted about when you can pay them
    6. To all management: step down

    Pros

Non pressured atmosphere for people who are serious about doing a great job and having fun at the same time. Good opportunities to learn new skills. Benefit plan is very good.

    Cons

Hard to think of any at this time
