    Pros

Great atmosphere with clients, Exposure to new clients, great facilities,

    Cons

Lower than average pay for successful personal trainers. Trainers are better at selling than the sales staff.

    Advice to Management

Do better at giving your trainers good opportunities for clients. Management and sales need to work harder to make their own sales so that the training staff has more time to train and less time worrying about orientations and sales goals. I met my goals consistently and once i was training a full time schedule I still had to put in extra effort when the Sales/Training Managers should be making more sales at that point. The Training Manager was outsold by her staff every month, and expected trainers to still set their own G.O's.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great Atmosphere, competitive pay (entry level), if your a veteran in your field don't think making the transition to Gold's is going to be worth your while.

    Cons

Strong pressure to sell, very non transparent with contracts, increasing dues,

    Advice to Management

Make contracts more transparent, sales goals must be realistic, having 250 new members in the month of November not a feasible goal.
