Pros

members are fun, personable people do well in sales and management, free workouts, relaxed atmosphere, pay is good if you can sell above quota and get your team to reach its goal

Cons

quota driven and if results are not shown within 3 months, they will push you out the door, hour are very long so expect at least a 60 hour work week

Advice to Management

step up the training and drop the drill seargent routines of district managers, offer more opportunities for growth and remove stagnant fitness consultants

    Pros

Flexible work schedule. Got to sell a product that I believe in. Met a ton of great people. Best of all "free" gym member ship!

    Cons

Worked why too many hours to make use of free gym membership. Did not like locking people into multiple year contracts. Little to know customer support from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Introduce advanced membership contracts. Such as month to month, short term, or tiered pricing. Focus on the customer after the sell!
