    Pros

Great Pay, Holidays Off, steady shifts, busy, day goes quickly

    Cons

There is definitely some favoritism when it comes to promotions, not to mention it looks like there are some pretty hardcore office politics going on.

    Advice to Management

watch the site lead, site lead seems to be nuzzled up too close to govt reps. worried site lead does not care for, nor will site lead protect tier 1 agents

I worked at GoldBelt Raven full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very organized, focused and smart management. Good sense of the mission. Managers work next to employees. Good knowledge of the job and willing to help employees get training.

    Cons

It was a tough working environment as far as facilities go. The call center was located in an old government building. Techs were setup in cubicles very close to each other, so illnesses would spread easily. Only one bathroom was available for use by 50+ guys and would often be closed for maintenance. It was a call center and therefore all breaks were tracked and timed.

    Advice to Management

Provide a clear picture for advancement. Or at least provide more time for training so employees can develop their skills. Allow for more training time before putting new employees on the phones. I was thrown on the phones right away with not nearly enough preparation. And be more particular with team leads. I was working under a guy who had a terrible attitude.
