Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Management cares about your personal life and has a good balance with work and home.

Cons

Management does not treat staff equally or hold staff accountable for job performance. No performance raises, only state given 1 or 2 percent increases. Management does not follow all company policies only what they choose to follow per facility.

Advice to Management

Make staff accountable for work performance, follow company policies and treat staff equally. Offer job performance pay increases for better performance.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The area has a relatively low cost of living. The people are pretty laid back. Nice building with a decent fitness center and dining center.

    Cons

The company was a publicly held company. It was bought by an investment firm, and is now privately held. Changes in management have happened, and current management seems to not know how they want to run the business. Several large projects have been undertaken at the same time. Little to no new staff were hired for support of the projects and systems. Talented people continue to leave.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and listen to some of the people at the bottom of the ladder... the people who actually know how to get things in the company done.
