    Horrible health benefits, No bonus, Small pay raise (doesn't meet inflation), difficulty with career growth, and no business development.

    get a clue, before you continue to lose your best people.

    Pros

    Opportunity to work on interesting projects.

    Cons

    Low pay, awful benefits, unable to retain experienced staff, bonuses mostly a disincentive, poor work life balance

    Advice to Management

    Pay people more money. Associate heavy, and are all long-time employees, thus making up below average salaries through large stock dividend payouts. This means you're unable to attract outside talent with >10 years experience and retain anyone who's joined with more than 5-years experience. The result is graduate hires only and the constant brain drain. Associates aren't affected by the low pay and terrible benefits...
