    Pros

You will work with the smartest, hardest-working, and driven people in the country. The firm trains and pushes you in ways that very few companies can match. You will be pushed to be the best and you will enjoy it.

    Cons

Your success is too dependent on things you cannot directly control such as the success of your manager. It also takes time for decisions to be made based off of the bureaucratic structure of the firm.
