Great people, closest lodge to the slopes, job hours = great ski hours, decent money for seasonal work.

Cons

All food is cooked for you, and the quality is not that great.

    Pros

So far all of the accommodation offered have exceeded my expectations. The salary hours have been 35 to 40 hours per week (so far). Work is generally easy for a kitchen position.

    Cons

Low pay compared to other kitchen positions I have had. The work and no work hours are solely focused on outdoor snow activities.

    Advice to Management

The overly relaxed work ethic is a culture that management controls, as long as this is what is desired.
