None. Just adding fillers here.

Not going to beat around the bush, straight to the point: - Very inflexible and non-communicative. You cannot have any communications regarding pay raise, bonus or any other matter. No response to emails whatsoever from the CFO. They expect you to shut up and take what they give without asking any questions. When asked how bonus is calculated, their response was and I quote "A little bit of this and a little bit of that". I mean what kind of a brain dead response is that? - Highly racist. (I will leave it there) - Rampant favoritism as mentioned by many previous reviewers. You can expect a promotion and a raise if you suck up to abuse from the management. Else, kiss goodbye. - No transparency. This company is opaque as a brick wall. Some people who have been longer at the company get a tiny bonus as compared to others who are in good grace with the management. - The yearly pay increment was not at all done in a timely fashion. I mean how would the management feel if the employees refuse to do their jobs in a timely manner? Sucks right? - No REAL experienced talent around. Always hiring fresh college grads so that the pay is low. - HR is just terrible. I also want to mention that many "positive" reviews that you find are written by the HR.

Dear Anonymous, It causes me great pain to know that you lived this experience at Good Apple, and while it is difficult to read, I appreciate you sharing your experience so that others might benefit. I understand you feel differently, but I stand firm that the company is not racist. I agree that we can work harder to be more transparent, to root out aggressive bosses, and limit favoritism, but these issues are endemic to our small size. As a private company, we are not required to share how we determine a discretionary bonus, but I am proud to report that last year we gave a huge percentage of our profits to our employees. Like most work places, we favor certain employees, and we do our best to make sure any rewards are based on merit. We are human, and I’m sure sometimes we get it right, and sometimes we don’t. To any Good Apple reading this, if you experience any issue regarding unfair treatment or bias, please come to me so we can discuss and address it. To any candidate reading this, I respect this person’s experience and feelings, but do not believe that it represents the average experience at Good Apple. Sincerely, Albert Muzaurieta

Traveling on the company dime and cult like atmosphere clouds the fact you work for someone who is morally bankrupt

Cons

Blowhard unhinged CEO flaunts his wealth and surrounds himself with white women. Typical behavior of the billionaires he worships.
