    Pros

Industry is very recession proof and they have very few competitors in their market. It is a large organization that has small feel to it. that being said you get the benfits of an organization for benefits but you can work in small temas that can have a great impact througout the company. the location is great and cheap housing is readily available around area. they have a tough employment process so the majority of the employees are very smart and know their feild very well. they have many projects that one can work on, and the ability to work on multiple projets

    Cons

they are very politial in thee ey they conduct business. professional advancements is more based on politics then ability or pasgt achievments. they set different standards for employees that do the same task. they are not supportive of personal events that may require some time away from work. once you tak leave, they begin the process of finding someone else to perform the job and will eventually let you go. legally they can not do that but they have ways around it. managment is not very open to new ideas or process's. they are more concerned with their own goals then the organzational goals.

    Advice to Management

lower the number of managers in the company so things start getting done

I worked at Goodrich full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Went through the graduate program. It was a good program to familiarize yourself with the company and the different departments.

    Cons

Guidance wasn't always great in all departments. Sometimes you were left on your own for a while and people forgot about you.

    Advice to Management

Overall a good program to get graduates familiar with the company. Ask more feedback from the graduates for improvement on the scheme.
