      Pros

I have been with Goodwin for almost 7 years. In my time with the company, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented people in the industry. The leadership team at Goodwin is really amazing and the support and recognition has helped me stay motivated and successful.

      Cons

You have to be self-motivated. It's not for someone that needs to be pushed.

          Pros

I love the business partners I work with every day. I love that hierarchy and status isn't important to the c-suite of the company, and that they engage with everyone all the time. I love that I'm given the freedom to run my own business and make decisions for my business. I love that I don't answer to anyone about my office hours. I love the freedom to work from home or wherever I want to work from, the beach, Europe, the mountains, anywhere.

          Cons

I'm "on call" a lot and spend a couple of hours on Saturday and Sunday looking for candidates because it's the best time, but I do what's best for my business, no one tells me I have to do it.

Thank you for your kind review! We are so glad to hear that you value being a part of the Goodwin team and being the creator of your own success! We wish you continued success in your partnership with us!

        Interview Tips

        QC Specialist II

When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.

Workday interview tips needed. The role I am applying to is a site reliability engineer role. I am not sure what to expect. Of course it’s a technical role so I do expect those questions. I am wondering if they go extra hard and how many rounds? I read somewhere that they do 5 rounds. Either way any tips are@welcome.
