I worked at Goodyear Dunlop Tires full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, teamwork oriented work environment. Showing interest in company and enthusiasm do pay off. Salary and benefits are better than average for those willing to wait. Individual potential is recognized; individual initiative is rewarded. If you want a career and dont want to job hop, this company is for you.

Cons

Patience needed for career advance.

Advice to Management

Look for your star performers and involve them in projects to keep them motivated until promotion is possible.

I have been working at Goodyear Dunlop Tires full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Development, atmosphere, plenty of long-service, courses, projects, you can learn a lot here but you cannot earn a lot here.

    Cons

pay processes (you can only get a small percentage increase for every job move), lack of resource, turnover of leadership.

    Advice to Management

Get some stability of leadership and start paying internal job moves the same as external applicants. Paying an internal applicant far less for the same job is unfair!!!!!!!

I worked at Goodyear Dunlop Tires as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice work environment, very good work-life balance, many side-facilities for employees (golf classes, language classes, internal competitions and events)

    Cons

Very large and slow company, it takes a lot of time to get projects moving.

    Advice to Management

Management is remote - the Business model innovation team is coordinated from the US HQ, which makes communication with management quite impersonal - only phone and skype.
