Once you get your foot in the door and wait 18 months. All of Goodyear is open too you. So if you can bare to stay for 18 months you’re golden
Cons
Management was pretty bad. Never forced bad employees to work and worked the good employees into the ground. Hence the turntable like turnaround for the good employees.
