Micromanage employees, horrible location (train tracks in front), no corporate environment, a lot of racism, cameras everywhere (this makes employees feel like criminals), HR hides and constantly monitors staff, employees harassing others (nothing will get resolved), no sick time, you will get a point for calling in sick
