Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Government of Canada full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

In General, the Government of Canada is a stable place to work (or used to be) that offer really good salaries for the workload and allows for a good work-personal life balance. It also include really good benefits such as health insurance coverage and pension (if still in place when I'll get there)

Cons

This work place really lack stimulation after a little while and staff needs to change jobs often to stay stimulated. High turnover of staff make work harder. The many approval steps are also preventing efficiencies and it can be very frustrating at times. This is as really risk aversive environment which often freeze any action taking or decision making processes.

    Pros

The company totally respects the labour rights and the contracts of its employees, something that is very difficult to find in Lima

    Cons

There are too many restrictions to make a career in this company

    Advice to Management

Take care that the employee's payments are made in time
