    Pros

Ambitious founders. Respected brand. Good branding for Resume

    Cons

Some department works on "Yes man" idea. To speak out or express opinion or even defending your team members/subordinate will render one to be a rebel. Voicing out reservations to top management will label one as being "emotional" , "petty" and "unstable". Basically falling to deaf ears.

    Advice to Management

Stop with the strategy to replace or conduct "confidential search" as a scheming workaround to manage out "outspoken " or " engaging " employees. Take effort to identify the root cause and connect with them to align for a solution.

We are sorry that your experience has been a negative one with Grab. We hope that the environment at Grab remains one that allows for intellectual rigour within teams. Rest assured that we will definitely look into this and feedback to the relevant stakeholders.

    Cons

    1. Some projects are cross-sites (although not common) and those requires collaboration across time-zones. 2. Company grew too fast, getting things to market fast is important to grab market shares. Thereby accumulating tech debts. 3. Moving from startup to established company often require some amount of process. Need to define those process.

    Advice to Management

    1. Limit the amount of projects that is cross R&D centers.
