Some good people working there who are trying to improve things.

I worked at Graham Construction full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay if you can get on one of there prevailing wage projects.

    Cons

In a construction company your just a number and when your all used up. There is a guy waiting at the door to take your spot. We the crew were actually told this by the Superintendent at one of the projects I was on. Rough conditions safety was always put last until enough people got hurt that it cost the company money.

    Advice to Management

Your running a great company making lots-o-money must be doing everything right.
