    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Grail Research full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You end up making great friends here and ummm, nothing else

    Cons

Too stuck in formatting the outputs so that it looks "client ready"; your bosses focus on making the output look beautiful (color the boxes right, align them, size should be same), but the insights that come out are utterly useless
The allocations team is rude and does not listen to employee concerns. A person staying in Noida was sent to work in Gurgaon without accomodation for atleast 2 months with only 20 days of free cab service
The pay is not commensuate with the amount of work you do and incrments are an insult
High performers are made use of, literally. They are always asked to work non-stop and thee are no rewards for being a high-performer; except some stupid memento (that too if you are on top, the first person, the best analyst in the cmpany)
The cab policy is useless, last cab leaves at 730. Have to get approval fro some guy in the US to leave late.
It is a crime to have your own vehicle, you are asked to stretch even though even though you've completed your share of work (dude, you don't have to catch a cab)
WORK IS JUST GOOGLING AND VOMITING YOUR FINDINGS ON "GRAIL TEMPLATE" SLIDES; NO VALUE ADDITION AT ALL
The above, and a lot, lot, lot more
    NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY

    Advice to Management

Please address employee concerns and don't take impulsive decisions. Hire lesser, but more competent people, at a higher pay and give better fiscal incentives. ANd please please please scrap the cab policy

I worked at Grail Research full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work thanks to Monitor pedigree, exceptional learning opportunities if one navigates one's career well

    Cons

Leadership confused about direction of firm. The Monitor leadership and pedigree that was a pro earlier has now waned
