I worked at Grand Spa full-time (More than a year)

Pros

You get the advantage of Having services done at low cost.

Cons

Straight commission so, Be prepared to sit around with no clients and no money. They make you sit there all day, even if you dont have appointments. Management is one of the worst things you have to deal with. They deduct a big chunk of money from your check for "product fees". If you do an upgrade they are NOT always paid to employees. Always discounts to customers so your chance of making money is always minimum .

Advice to Management

Not also making money from customers but taking money from employees. Need realize that you need the employees 100% in order to retain customers and make money.

    Advice to Management

    Please instruct your seniority employees to give new employees a chance. Don't allow them to frame or run off potentials with their snobbish attitudes and out right disrespect.

    Pros

    The owner is very involved and always willing to help you. The management is just as wonderful. The customers make it all worth while.

    Cons

    You work in a place so wonderful that you want to receive services all of the time from amazing staff.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being just as amazing as you are and people will stay. You are tough, caring--towards clients and employees, fair and always keep the future bright for all.
