    Pros

I have been working at Grant Thornton for only a month so this review is based off of first impressions. The culture has been great so far and much more collaborative than any other firm I have worked at. The technology is superb and I was able to get acclimated and hit the ground running in only a week. Very interesting client base.

    Cons

None so far that aren't in line with any other firm in the profession.

I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time

    Pros

Grant Thornton tries hard to build a positive culture, will work with you to help you achieve your goals, and tries hard to compensate their employees for their hard work.

    Cons

Accountants should expect to work long hours during busy seasons.
