I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time

    Pros

GT is an excellent place to begin a career. You will learn a lot about accounting and make more than your peers in other fields.

    Cons

Focus is on increasing profit and culture is talked about a lot, but it's not truly felt in the working environment.
