Negative Outlook

I worked at Grant and Weber full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

You will learn a lot, because you are forced to take on many roles and many hats. Many middle management employees are promoted, demoted or fired when the company needs a scapegoat for many things that upper management was informed was not the best route.

Cons

Titles thrown around as "promotions" with more responsibilities, but no increase in pay. HR in owners pockets. Morale low and workers are over stressed. Work to life balance does not exist.

Advice to Management

Recognize employees doing good work, answer emails and phone calls. Listen to your supervisors and employees on the floor recommendations.
