Good experience - Cyber Security Engineer Gray Analytics Employee Review

I've worked at Gray for almost a year and a half. Work life balance is good and most people I've met here are supportive and hardworking. Several people at the company also work remotely.

Some of the technical infrastructure such as code-checking pipelines are not fully set up, making it hard to move code from development to production. Also, many things at the company such as coding style guides aren't standardized, making it difficult to develop a good project with more than one chef in the kitchen since everyone has their own way of doing things.

Remote work usually, but now hybrid

Benefits, stock, MANAGEMENT is terrible don’t even try to reason with them. PTO is non accruing and cant be carried over to next year. The company is terribly disorganized
