      Pros

      I love working at the Erie Marketplace location! My team and I have built an environment and work culture I take pride in. As a hairdresser I’m excited to come into work knowing I can create all day. My income is stable and there’s many more opportunities I can make extra $$ an hour. I recommend this company but especially my location!

      Cons

      Posting biweekly scheduling would help. However my manager does the best they can by making schedules for our location months in advance.

          Pros

          Don't bother unless you're straight out of school and need the practice.

          Cons

          Absolutely, and I cannot stress this enough, TERRIBLE management, minimum wage, no employee or client support. It's all a numbers game with no soul.

          Since each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.

        When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.

        Cloud Performance Engineering Lead

        Workday interview tips needed. The role I am applying to is a site reliability engineer role. I am not sure what to expect. Of course it’s a technical role so I do expect those questions. I am wondering if they go extra hard and how many rounds? I read somewhere that they do 5 rounds. Either way any tips are@welcome.
