I have been working at Great-West Financial full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Good benefits, great people to work with, gain great knowledge about the industry. Flexible work at home program. Lots of room to advance from within the company.

Cons

Can be long hours of work, and unable to predict when overtime will be required. Not much of a work/life balance at times. Very unstable systems.

Advice to Management

Invest in some higher quality systems as if contributes to excessive amounts of overtime.

I have been working at Great-West Financial full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

excellent 401K and bennies, including fairly generous time off policy (PTO)
    onsite cafeteria and garaged parking
    friendly work mates
    tiny onsite gym

    Cons

Management treats all employees as workaholics, expecting loads of overtime (not compensated), and very time reduced, stressful schedules. There is no documentation, so given a task with little to no details, and must run with it. Salary is well below industry average. Must hit the job running, or be terminated. There is NO working from home, period.

    Advice to Management

Allow more time to get the job done. Compensate for mandatory overtime. Allow work from home until/unless proven this provides poorer results.
