Overall good people. Provided the opportunity to take on new projects and challenges. Good work life balance. Pay and benefits were average.

Cons

"Good ole boy" network when it comes to upper management.

    Pros

    The people, the company and the benefits! Easy to get leads. Easy to sell product. Well known company. Job stability. Upper management is very driven and for the people. Been around since the late 1800's. Lots of history

    Cons

    I can't think of any so far. I need more time with company. Working in the plant is noisy sometimes but it's not a big deal. They need more plant security for sure.
