Pros

Health insurance reimbursement is 100%, month to month if profitable.

Cons

There are too many to mention. Many employees stay due to the poor economy. The company is always asking for more from everyone, they announce profits at every meeting but have failed to give raises in years. Employee morale is low.

Advice to Management

Bring in a qualified individual to put the inner workings of the company on the correct path in an unbiased way, implement their suggestions!

I worked at Griffin Industries full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Job security. Always busy and no down time.

    Cons

No advancement. Once you're in and do a good job, you get left there to train young new hires for positions that you have also applied for. How is it that an employee who applies for a Trainer position gets passed up due to "lack of experience" (9 yrs with the company); but is told to train the new hire for the Trainer position?

    Advice to Management

Start advancing your more seasoned employees instead of hiring all of your children's friends.
