Young, upbeat group of employees, occasional company sponsored events, opportunity to work with large, high profile companies and manufacturers to gain exposure

Cons

No strategic direction by upper management, no career advancement opportunities (even though promised in interviews), low compensation compared to similar companies

Advice to Management

Decide what your core competency is and focus on only that, instead of diverting time and money to random projects.

    Pros

    Many opportunities to learn from a variety of companies that Griffin works with. There is a great team dynamic and the ability to have a more flexible schedule. Employee benefits are great.

    Cons

    There is constant re-structuring of the company which can lead to frequent and sudden changes in job responsibilities. There is also a lot of employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

    The company needs to determine its long term goals and vision and stick to it. Constantly changing the direction of the company leads to confusion and frustration.
