    Grosvenor Casinos Response

    June 27, 2019Communications Executive

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel you’ve not had the best experience, it’s always sad to hear negative comments about an employee’s time with us. Please be assured your feedback is valued, so we’ll be sure to pass on your comments as it’s important to us that our employees (past and present) to feel listened to. Whilst we appreciate that your feeling is we’re a “sinking ship” from our perspective, this is far from the truth. As you’ll be aware, we’re currently going through a transformation programme. This is steering our ship in the right direction to support our strategy and meet our goals - this means some changes may unavoidably impact our employees, but we’re working hard to minimalise this as much as possible. The well being of our teams is of huge importance to us, and whilst we’re unable to control how customers behave, we will not tolerate abuse to any employee and take these matters seriously - we’re sincerely sorry you experienced this during your time in one of our clubs. If you’d like to chat about any of your concerns further, do let us know how we can contact you. We wish you all the best for the future. Thanks again for reaching out to let us know of your concerns.
