I worked at Group Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They've adopted Lean/Agile...but they only commit to the parts that profit them.

    Cons

Outdated technology and lack of knowledgeable leadership places the responsibility of maintaining this old bucket squarely on the shoulders of the grunts in the trenches.

If this were truly a cooperative that was looking out for the welfare of their members, they'd switch their focus from the ill-conceived notion of profits. The leadership has lost its way.

And seriously... how can a company provide insurance for the people it's treating?! WTF?

    Advice to Management

Go to work for a "for profit" corporation. You guys have become hopelessly misled by greed.
