I worked at Group Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Some good experience and okay benefits starting out as an LPN. Convenient parking and traffic.

    Cons

Group Health has always functioned on swings, big ups and downs. It's been a while since I've worked there. I know people who have worked there at different points in time but every story is always the same. They ride the wave of success and crash, hard. The consequence effects the core of the organization. Frequently implode in order to attempt to save money and obliviously make poor choices in doing so. It's like when your body mistakenly attacks it's own immune system.

    Advice to Management

Stop gambling and taking risks at the expense of loyal employees, otherwise you will be looked at as a stepping stone.
