    Pros

    Great benefits, decent pay, able to promote and advance within the company. Always opportunites to learn more and ask questions.

    Cons

    Many long timers need to retire. They think their jobs are untouchable. Not always nice or welcoming to the newcomers. The call center employees are ridiculously monitored for everything they do.

    Advice to Management

    Quit micromanaging and auditing everything and find better ways to be better managers and quit worrying about how your numbers and stats look to your boss. Since many long timers need to retire focus on how to negotiate their departure. They hurt the organization more than you know.

    Pros

    I've gotten work experience with what I would want to do with my career. Not quite a career but helps with futher goals in the near future and with where I plan to go.

    Cons

    There are a lot of lazy people which can be very frustrating when you rely on them to help get the work done.The benefits are cheap which is good for a family but it is a struggle to get things ordered or prescribed since it is a co-op (costs accrue inside the network). Understanding of medical benefits is confusing. Can be frustrating to fight for your health needs with an insurance company versus having coverage and selecting a doctor you want to see.

    Advice to Management

    Find a way to outsource in order to get rid of lazy workers.
