Benefits are great, Pay is great, food is a buffet style so always delicious.

Managers are micromanaging in all aspects. It's not about you, it's about metrics and so be prepared to work in anxiety. If you go and take a 15 minute break they'll be wondering why you took such a long break and not at your desk or in lab working. Environment is divided. A bunch of people tend to be cordial but as soon as you walk away they are talking bad about someone or about you. Very Cut-throat environment so just be prepared. High turn around position.
