It can feel like Corporate America's version of the Hunger Games. Unlimited PTO: While some may view unlimited PTO as a perk, it can be perceived as a disadvantage since employees cannot accrue PTO. This shift has eliminated the benefit of accruing time off, leading to uncertainty about how much time off is acceptable to take.
