      Good 401k matching and ability to work from home at times.

      Cons

      Constant disorder - lack of management and direction. Management lives in a bubble and they don't care about the lines of work below. They only care about looking good for themselves to get their year end bonuses.

      Toxic environment. Some Senior leaders have no respect for people and communicate in an abusive manner Marketing is treated like dirt No one can make a decision Can ruminate about same topic with no true movement for years
