Pros

Holiday $$ perks Food stocked break room Attempt to motivate employees to better themselves in life (too bad it’s a joke)

Cons

Purposeful separation of the office and warehouse staff. Making friends out side of department is discouraged. Cubicle job (unless working in WH). Uptight/conservative/religious tenured staff and management are openly the only ones who get to keep their jobs. Blatant favoritism among supervisors and management. Unless you have it in writing, it was never said or promised. This is a start up company trying to function in the big leagues, without any support or checks/balances (Example: There was ZERO formal training for my position; I was asked to write a manual for my position and once it was completed I was let go.)

Pros

Great Atmosphere, Progressive, and innovative.

Cons

Needs Senior Level Organization. No clear direction and lacked needed leadership to instill goals, make sure deadlines were met, and forward progress was achieved.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and most co-workers are great.

Cons

Some people at Corporate office play favorites, do t care if everyone knows it, gossips to the people above and below them about people below them, aren’t equipped with basic management skills, (and no, being good at making spreadsheets, and giving information to the CEO, and behaving differently, depending on the audience, DOES NOT COUNT as a true leader.)
