Pros

They have a lot of great perks like free food and little events and perks. Some positions pay well. They work with you on schedules for a good work life balance.

Cons

A lot of favoritism and they are constantly changing things. Change is not always a good thing when it is constant and the positive change doesn’t always apply to all employees. They claim to want to hear your opinions but they don’t listen to the ones that really matter. If you’re not a part of the “in crowd” you tend to get ignored and/or overlooked even after being told what a great job you do and even if you are an employee that always goes above and beyond.

Pros

Great Atmosphere, Progressive, and innovative.

Cons

Needs Senior Level Organization. No clear direction and lacked needed leadership to instill goals, make sure deadlines were met, and forward progress was achieved.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and most co-workers are great.

Cons

Some people at Corporate office play favorites, do t care if everyone knows it, gossips to the people above and below them about people below them, aren’t equipped with basic management skills, (and no, being good at making spreadsheets, and giving information to the CEO, and behaving differently, depending on the audience, DOES NOT COUNT as a true leader.)
