Very, very good benefits package. I do feel like the company actually cares about their employees. Most of the promotions come from within the company and there seems to be almost endless possibilities for growth here.
Cons
Very high work load in the freezer right now. The usual schedule is only 4 days a week. Right now we are working mandatory 5th days and still working over 10 hours each day. Working conditions in the freezer aren't the greatest. Lots of ice frozen to the ground makes it difficult to work safely sometimes. Equipment isn't maintained all that well either(although most of that is probably due to the fact that most other selectors don't treat the stuff well). Also, working in -20* temperatures is probably not within manufactures recommended operating conditions for most of this stuff.
