I worked at H&M part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The Pay is fairly towards the upper range for part timers about RM 9.5 an hour to about 15 I think. Which is pretty high. Job scope would be roughly similar to other retail outlets but they are its perks the people are friendly organised and really high spirited.

Cons

I was not there long enough to noticed any faults, just the grand opening for 2 weeks.

Advice to Management

The company is great to work in with people who are friendly and more than willing to help out and work together.
